Air
Conditioning |
Air Conditioning System The air conditioning system on your vehicle should be
checked annually for proper function and performance to ensure
it will operate properly when you need it. Our ODP Certified
technician will perform an air conditioning system output test
and will suggest the appropriate action to be taken.
Cabin Air Filter The Cabin Air Filter
reduces/prevents dust and pollens from entering the cabin. The
air circulating inside your vehicle can be six times dirtier
than outside air thanks to the pollen, mold, exhaust gases and
dust flowing through your heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning system. Think of the cabin air filter as a HEPA
filter for your vehicle.
*** Cabin Micron Filters should be
replaced every 24,000 kilometers or every 12-15 months. If
driven in dusty environments then sooner as needed. Extended
driving on plugged cabin filters creates excessive pollen and
bacteria build up plus shortens the life of expensive AC/Heater
blower motors.

Heating &
Cooling |
|
Your vehicle's cooling system's job is to make sure that
your engine stays at the optimal operating temperature. Poorly
maintained radiators or old hoses too often lead to engine
overheating and other damaging car problems.
Engine Coolant Engine
Coolant helps remove excess heat from the engine and keep it at
normal operating temperature. It also provides heat for the
climate control system, protection against overheating in warmer
temperatures and protection against freezing in colder
temperatures. Engine Coolant should be inspected regularly for
condition of freeze/boil protection, corrosion resistance and
level. Includes comprehensive inspection of all cooling system
components.
Cooling System Cleaning & Fluid

exchanges virtually all dirty fluid and contaminants with new
fluid, helping extend the life of your cooling system and
avoiding costly repairs or replacement. Our Qualified Service
Technician will install our engineered, chemically safe cleaner
product to loosen and suspend contaminants to be carried out of
the system during the complete fluid exchange, then connect the
Cooling System Fluid exchanging equipment to your vehicle's
cooling system to safely reverse flow the used coolant and
contaminants until all fluid is clean. Top off the fluid, add
conditioner, road test for proper operation and reinspect the
fluid level and condition. OK at this time

Hybrid/Electric |
We are specialists in any
make of hybrid. Hybrid electric vehicles (hybrids) are a
technology that combines the internal combustion engine of a
conventional vehicle with the battery and electric motor of an
electric vehicle. There has been a rapid consumer acceptance of
hybrids with most major manufacturers now expanding their hybrid
product lines. Different manufacturers are using different
approaches and the technology platforms are widening. These
range from plug-in hybrids, to diesel/electric hybrids operating
on biodiesel, to hydrogen fuel cell based hybrids operating a
gasoline engine on E85 ethanol blends.

Tune Up |
|
An engine tune-up is an adjustment to a motor made to improve
working order or efficiency. If the primary inspection finds no
major faults, the tune-up includes replacing the following:
Spark plugs and ignition wires, or coil on plug boots (consider
long-life plugs since they don't wear as much as standard
plugs). Distributor cap and rotor (older cars). Fuel filter (if
serviceable), air filter, PCV valve, and breather filter. On
older vehicles, (if required) check and adjust ignition timing.
A simple maintenance as a tune-up makes an engine easier to
start, improves fuel economy, lowers emissions, and restores its
power and efficiency.
Engine Clean
BG 109 restores power and performance to your engine by
rapidly and effectively removing accumulated deposits that form
in the piston ring belt, hydraulic lifters, rocker arms and
other critical engine parts within the crankcase. Our Qualified
Service Technician will add BG 109 to the oil, and then run
engine for 15-20 minutes. When the old oil is drained,
contaminants are quickly flushed away
Induction
System Carbonclean Service The Induction System
Carbonclean Service will remove harmful carbon deposits from
your engine's injectors, valves, pistons and combustion
chambers. Removing contaminants from the engine allows it to
operate as originally designed and creates a more even burn of
fuel, which improves horsepower, increases fuel economy, and
reduces exhaust emissions. BG Fuel Injection System Cleaner is a
specially formulated blend of solvents, high molecular-weight
dispersants and deposit control additives which will quickly,
effectively and safely clean fuel injectors and help remove
upper engine deposits. No. 208. BG Fuel Injection System Cleaner
contains deposit control additives which "pre-soak" rock-hard
valve deposits. This allows the powerful cleaning ingredients in
BG 44KŪ to provide even more effective cleanup. Not harmful to
any fuel system components including gaskets, hoses, metals,
fuel tank bladders, fuel pumps, O-rings, etc. Catalytic
converter and oxygen sensor safe.
*** Fill your fuel tank
to receive the maximum benefit from this service.
*** We
recommended to have this service performed every 25,000 kms to
ensure optimal operation
Spark Plugs
The Spark Plugs are located in the cylinder and ignite the
compressed air/fuel mixture in the combustion chamber or
cylinder which forces the pistons down. This process is a key
part of what makes the engine run. The Spark Plug electrodes
wear with use. Regular spark plug inspections should be
performed at the recommended intervals and the spark plugs
should be replaced when severely worn. Worn Spark Plugs should
be replaced to avoid engine performance concerns such as
misfire, lack of power, rough running engine and poor fuel
economy
Air Filter The Air
Filter prevents dirt and other material from entering the
engine's intake system. A restricted Air Filter may cause engine
performance concerns such as low power, poor fuel economy or a
rough running engine. Air filters should be checked annually and
replaced if necessary
Fuel Filter
Fuel Filters strain and filter fuel coming from the fuel tank to
the engine to remove dirt and debris before it gets to the
carburetor or fuel injection system. Fuel Filters become
restricted with use and restrict fuel flow which can lead to
engine performance problems like lack of power, Hard/No start or
stalling. Fuel filters should be replaced if restricted. It is
recommended to have this service performed annually
Timing Belt and Tensioner
The Timing Belt is driven by the crankshaft and is used to
time the opening and closing of the intake and exhaust valves in
relation to the piston position. Regular inspection and
replacement of the Timing Belt at recommended intervals will
maintain engine performance, and may prevent engine damage as a
result of belt failure. ***Timing Belt replacement intervals
should be monitored closely. Factory intervals are recommended
based on Time AND Mileage. Under hood rubber such as timing
belts should be replaced every 8 years regardless of mileage to
prevent aged brittle rubber from breaking and causing severe
engine damage.***

Oil Change |
Engine Oil is used to lubricate moving engine parts and
operate some hydraulic parts of the engine itself. Engine oil
performs many functions such as cleaning, cooling and
lubricating. The engine oil should be routinely checked for
proper level and replaced if beyond recommended time/mileage
service interval or testing indicates loss of lubricating
qualities. The engine oil filter, in combination with modern
detergent oil, will remove most of the abrasive particles that
accumulate and circulate through the engine lubrication system.
Regular replacement of the engine oil and filter can help to
reduce engine wear, and prolong the life of the engine
